The Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) and the Institute for Autonomy and Governance (IAG) with support from the Government of the United Kingdom have entered into a partnership to implement a 10-month project on Political Party Building and Development in the Bangsamoro.

The Bangsamoro Administrative Code is a critical piece of legislation that will establish the rules and structures of governance in the BARMM as a regional parliamentary form of government.

The Code aims to provide an effective instrument for good governance and responsive policies on human resource administration of the Bangsamoro Government.

The formulation of the first Bangsamoro Development Plan 2020-2022 was guided by the BOL, BARMM Transition Plan, BARMM 12-Point Priority Agenda and other relevant planning documents.
