The Senate Committee on Local Government chaired by Senator Bongbong Marcos has invited the indigenous peoples and sultanates to express their sentiments on the Bangsamoro Basic Law on Monday.

These are the members of the House of Representatives discussing and voting which provisions of the "chairman and vice chairpersons' draft of the BBL" will be included in the final draft. Discussions at the committee level started on May 18 and may extend until May 20.
