A landmark study released by the Congressional Policy and Budget Research Department and the Institute for Autonomy and Governance offers the most comprehensive assessment yet of the BARMM's fiscal governance, revealing a region making measurable progress but still grappling with deep structural challenges as it moves toward its first regular parliamentary elections in 2026.

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has released detailed guidelines for the registration and accreditation of Regional Parliamentary Political Parties (RPPPs) in the Bangsamoro region that were already granted registration in 2024. The process is part of preparations for the 2026 Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections.

CSAT also marked a milestone during the gathering, welcoming new members and expanding its ranks from 35 to 40.
