Senate President Franklin Drilon said Wednesday they aim to pass the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law in the first quarter of next year.

The draft Bangsamoro Basic Law has been officially filed at the House of Representatives Thursday. It is now known as House Bill No. 4994.
