President Aquino will “personally endorse” the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law to both houses of Congress during turnover rites in Malacañang at 10 a.m. Wednesday, according to presidential peace adviser Teresita Deles | Philippine Daily Inquirer

President Benigno S. Aquino III and Moro Islamic Liberation Front Chairman Al Haj Murad met last week to clarify and resolve issues in the draft Bangsamoro Basic Law, which will be submitted to Congress on Wednesday.
